![]() To help speed up passenger flow and minimize time spent at stops, please ENTER at the front of the vehicle and exit at the back/center doors (unless there is only one set of doors). Please ask for your transfer as you board the transit vehicle. Please note that you may be required to hand your transfer to the next connecting route operator. Your transfer cannot be used by another person as it is considered a theft of transit service by allowing another person to use the ride that you have paid for. For faster service when boarding, please have your fare media (tickets, passes, etc) ready. People standing behind you would appreciate this greatly, especially in bad weather. Please present your transfer to the driver in an unfolded, unobstructed view to the driver. This allows the operator to see if the transfer is valid and helps to ensure that a passenger who has paid their valid fare is permitted to enter the vehicle. Operators are human too - please check your transfer when you receive it to ensure that it is correct. When in doubt, please ask. Please allow our elders, and those who have difficulty walking, to use the front seats. By allowing them these seats, you show these people that you have respect for them, and who knows - someday you might be in the same situation. Please move to the back of the vehicle, especially when you have a large amount of parcels, or non-folding strollers/buggies. This helps to prevent accidents from happening and you would not want someone else's foot print on your baggage. Please stand behind the white line as this allows the driver to see vehicles that are beside him and in case of sudden stops. These are just some ideas to help your journey on transit a more enjoyable one. |
